Pop-up Cigarette Bartender Server

This is polished brass popup cigarette dispenser. The models vary somewhat (some cylinders are brass, some cylinders are enamel), but basically the cylinder base stores the cigarettes. When you pull up on the bartender figure, the cigarettes fan out.
